Chef

Delicatessen is a place to enjoy quality time with family, friends, and colleagues, or simply relax with a glass of wine and new flavors at the bar. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we offer an experience that is intimate, social, and professional.

We are now looking for a chef to join our kitchen team in a part-time position of approximately 50%, with a preferred start as soon as possible. If you enjoy working with quality ingredients and want to be part of a passionate and dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities and qualifications

As a chef, you will prepare, cook, and plate dishes from our lunch, à la carte, and set menus.

The role includes

•Working closely with the other chefs to maintain consistent quality

•Handling stress and periods of high workload

•Following our routines for HSE, training, and quality control

•Preparing ingredients and mise en place

•Keeping your station, equipment, and personal workspace clean

•Working efficiently

•Holding a professional chef certificate

•Preferably has experience with Spanish cuisine

•Is structured, clean, and organized
